Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Identity verification, the digital seal, the tamper-evident certificate, and session recording are all included. There are no platform fees, technology fees, or surprise charges.
How does the volume discount work?
Title companies, law firms, and lenders who commit to 20 or more signings per month qualify for the $65/signing rate. Contact us to set up volume pricing — we'll provide a dedicated scheduling line and monthly invoicing.
What counts as "rush" or "after-hours"?
Rush includes same-day requests booked within 4 hours. After-hours covers sessions scheduled before 8 AM, after 6 PM on weekdays, or any time on weekends and holidays.
Can I notarize multiple documents in one session?
Yes. The per-signing fee covers one notarial act. If you have multiple documents requiring separate notarizations in the same session, contact us for a package quote — we'll work with you on fair pricing.
Do you accept payment before or after the session?
Payment is collected at the time of booking. Volume clients on monthly invoicing are billed at the end of each month for all completed signings.
